Voting App

The web address of your Voting app deployment. Set this so the "Voting Readiness" block on each event's Event Options tab can link admins and voting managers straight into it without a second login.

Seating App

The web address of your Seating app deployment. Set this so the "Seating Summary" block on each event's Event Options tab can link admins and seating managers straight into it without a second login.

Announce App

The web address of your Announce app deployment. Set this so the "Announcements" section below each event's Attendees list can link admins and staff straight into it without a second login.

Change password

CheckIn sends RSVP email through the Mail Processor, which holds every email address and password on the server. Choose the address CheckIn sends from; guests see it with the display name set for it in the Mail Processor (the system's identity, never a client's). The default is no-reply@uxdiff.com; rsvp@uxdiff.com can be picked here once it has been added to the Mail Processor. An event can instead send from the client's own address: turn on Custom email sending for this event in that event's RSVP settings.

Live Sync Accounts

Required for the RSVP module's Live Spreadsheet Sync feature. Register an OAuth app in Google Cloud Console and/or the Azure Portal, then enter its credentials here. Redirect URI to register:

Save the app credentials above before connecting — one Google account and one Microsoft account are shared by every event's Live Spreadsheet Sync.
